Refunds policy

        Welcome to our refunds policy, At ghurucharan.com, we are committed to providing high-quality physiotherapy services in a professional and transparent manner. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for appointments and services.

Appointment Cancellations
  • Notice Period:
    Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment in order to receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, except in cases of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, which may be considered at our discretion.

  • No-Shows:
    Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling Policy
  • Appointments may be rescheduled once without any additional charge, provided the request is made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be declined or may incur a rescheduling fee.

Processing of Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

  • For payments made via UPI or direct bank transfer, clients will be required to provide account details to process the refund, which may take up to 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Services
  • Refunds are not available for group sessions, workshops, or any digital/online products unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

  • Customised services, once delivered, are not eligible for a refund.

Discretion and Exceptions
  • All refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The clinic reserves the right to refuse a refund if the terms of this policy are not met.
